PFI Fareast offers a full range of ZDHC services

In 2022, ZDHC Wastewater Guideline 2.0 and MRSL 3.0 have been published and implemented, in an effort to help enterprises practice their social responsibilities, manage their chemical supply chain and enhance their market competitiveness.

The Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals Program (ZDHC), which comprises a growing number of brands and stakeholders, is committed to eliminating the use and emissions of hazardous chemicals in textile, apparel and footwear supply chain.  

ZDHC offers a variety of “toolkits” that make the goal of zero discharge of hazardous substances more achievable.  Owing to its ever-growing influence in the industry, more sustainability-driven brands and manufacturers have geared up to join. 

PFI is a ZDHC approved wastewater testing laboratory. With our long-standing expertise and comprehensive testing capabilities, we can provide a full range of ZDHC solutions to ensure compliance with ZDHC Wastewater Guidelines.  Our services include but not limited to:  

  • Training and consultation  
  • On-site sampling of wastewater and sludge
  • Upload data to ZDHC gateway
  • Root cause analysis and corrective action plan 

In addition, PFI Fareast is a third party certification body accredited by ZDHC to provide testing and verification solution in accordance with the ZDHC MRSL Conformance Guidance to ensure compliance with MRSL Level 1 for chemicals used in the production of textiles, synthetic leather and leather. We also help textile, garment, leather and footwear manufacturers and their chemical suppliers to complete chemical control and enhance their market competitiveness by verifying their MRSL compliance.
