Lieferkettengesetz, the German Supply Chain Act, will establish binding rules enforcing European corporations to uphold human rights and environmental protections, making businesses legally accountable for social as well as environmental issues. The Lieferkettengesetz conferences provide basic information on the expected law, the reasons behind the supply chain law implementation, showcase presentations and panel discussion, motivating participants to reflect on their supply chains.
To shed light on how different stakeholders in the supply chain should manoeuvre, HDS/L is hosting the German Lieferkettengesetz conference “The German Supply Chain Act – Curse or Blessing?” remotely. PFI Fareast’s Managing Director, Dr. Nickolaus will showcase as a guest speaker to share his insights and expert knowledge at the conference. The event will be held at the end of January.
